The Kamusi Project was originally founded by Martin Benjamin with an original mission as the "Internet Living Swahili Dictionary." It has since broadened its mission as a multilingual "Global Online Living Dictionary."
There is a discussion currently underway about how to incorporate the Fulfulde lexicon (Osborn et al, 1993) into Kamusi's data.
I have had the honor of serving on the Kamusi board for several years (ongoing).
